Assistant Store Manager (F/T)

Partners with Store Manager to assume total accountability for sales, service, profitability, operations, loss preventions and merchandising. Assumes Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. Work an appropriate schedule for optimum coverage and to enhance and drive sales.

Job Qualifications and Experience:

3-7 years retail experience

Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Ability to complete multiple projects in timely manner

Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates competitive selling skills

Focused team player

Ability to model service standards to associates

Ability to lead staff by example

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sales Professional (F/T & P/T)

Sells and actively upholds a high level of customer service through greeting, determining needs, understanding product and systems. Builds and maintains a strong client base.

Job Qualifications and Experience:

A positive attitude and presentation

Available to work nights, weekends and holidays

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions of managers, clients and the general public

Knowledge and Skills:

Basic keyboard and computer skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work as a team member

Administrative Assistant (F/T)

Job Qualifications and Experience:

Data entry and customer service oriented

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Ability to take direction from multiple leaders in the merchandising department
